2,500 employees and about 60 dual university students and trainees work together to attain our business objectives. Simon Hegele is a modern, flexible service provider that offers customer-oriented logistics solutions. As a global player in a top-class supply chain, we offer our clients a wide-ranging portfolio of services.

We need and will continue to need people, who enjoy their work and give their best to our company and our clients with passion and above-average dedication. A practically-oriented and modern education represents the foundation of your professional future.

What should you expect from us?

Within the framework of your educational programme, you will be given comprehensive insights into the domains or departments based at the branch in question. Consequently, your education is individually adapted to the specific orientations associated with the branches in question. However, right from day one, all the departments provide you with an opportunity to develop close and personal ties with highly-trained experts and managers. These experts deal with the knowledge transfer process and attend to the interests of your professional development.

A professional educational programme and a realistic chance of being absorbed into the organisation are important to us. The number of apprenticeship places and seats in educational institutions that we offer every year is equal to the number of employees to whom we can realistically offer permanent employment.

Right from the beginning, you are a firm component of our team, and you take up a small project that lies beyond the scope of the day-to-day operations. You learn something new every day, and are consequently in a position to apply the knowledge that you have gained in school. In corporate teaching units, you come into contact with our managers and discuss specific thematic content with them.

Learn about our business and commercial apprenticeship places, as well as our dual study courses.
