After installation, our trained medical product consultants will instruct the medical personnel on site in the use of your devices. 

Even during operation, we remain your partner on site and coordinate maintenance, inspections, necessary repairs and upgrades. In the event of malfunctions or failures, our emergency management ensures that your customer can use the device again as quickly as possible. If your high-tech medical equipment is to be replaced after years of use in hospitals, we will take all the necessary steps. From dismantling and return to reuse at another location, refurbishment, spare parts acquiring or recycling.
