We ensure that our customers' high-tech systems arrive safely at the end customer. Thus, we take over the entire process from site inspection and construction site coordination to room preparation. Where necessary, we make use of modern room scanning technologies and 3D planning tools - for example, when rigging and installing large-scale medical equipment. With individual transport racks and highly technical vehicle solutions we transport your sensitive freight, partly unpacked, safely to the place of use - for particularly heavy equipment including lifting cranes. After your medical equipment has been safely transported to the place of use, our experienced installation technician will take care of the installation and initial implementation as well as the connection to the local IT infrastructure. After installation, our trained medical product consultants will instruct the medical personnel on site in the use of your devices. 

More than just going there and leaving: We accompany you and your customers in the long term

Even during operation, we remain your partner on site and coordinate maintenance, inspections, necessary repairs and upgrades. In the event of malfunctions or failures, our emergency management ensures that your customer can use the device again as quickly as possible. If your high-tech medical equipment is to be replaced after years of use in hospitals, we will take all the necessary steps. From dismantling and return to reuse at another location, refurbishment, spare parts acquiring or recycling.
