Stefan Ulrich has been part of the management team since 2015 and a shareholder of the Simon Hegele Group since 2017. Since the transition to the NX Group in 2025, Stefan Ulrich has acted as Managing Director and remains in his position as CEO of the group of companies, which he has held since 2020.

After 16 years with the company, Mike Winter has been driving the expansion and further development of the Healthcare Solutions brand since 2017 as a partner and responsible for the Healthcare division in Europe. Since the sale to the NX Group, Mike Winter is now a Managing Director.
