Started as Commercial Director / Head of Controlling and Finance for the company in 2014, since 2022 he is managing as CFO the commercial fortunes of the Group. Since October 2025, he has held the position of Co-CEO of the Simon Hegele Group alongside Mike Winter.

After 16 years with the company, Mike Winter has been driving the expansion and further development of the Healthcare Solutions brand since 2017 as a partner and responsible for the Healthcare division in Europe. Since the acquisition by the NX Group, Mike Winter has been serving as Managing Director and, as of October 2025, shares the role of Co-CEO of the Simon Hegele Group together with Michael Wahl.

With his focus on operational excellence, Karim-Oliver Darvich managed the corporate activities of all operations in the Industry and Retail divisions. Since 2024, he has been contributing his operational expertise to the Sales division and is responsible for building and expanding customer relationships.

Stefan Schindler has been part of the Simon Hegele Group as Chief Operating Officer for the Industry and Trade division since 2024. With over 15 years of experience in leading positions in the logistics and automotive industry, he has extensive expertise in global operations and account management.

Oliver Urich has been part of the Simon Hegele Group since 2020. After five years as CIO, he joined the management team in 2025. In this role, he is responsible not only for IT but also for future-oriented topics such as HR, ESG, and data protection.
