Simon Hegele Gesellschaft für Logistik und Service mbH continues to focus on innovation and speed and has reacted immediately to the increased demand for storage space available at short notice: From now on, users will be able to view the freely available storage capacities of the Simon Hegele logistics centers online and updated on a daily basis. Simon Hegele is thus reacting to the current market demand for short-term available capacities.

The current dynamic market environment, characterized by Covid-19, trade wars as well as rapid changes in the automotive sector, shows a multitude of different effects on the usual supply chains of German companies: Demand fluctuates unusually strongly, deliveries abroad are difficult, purchased parts from abroad are delivered too late, production levels cannot be maintained or manufactured products cannot be delivered.

Many companies are therefore forced to find additional storage and logistics solutions at short notice and without any further difficulties, mostly with very short lead times and at the same time uncertain prospects regarding the required duration.

“It is precisely at this time that our supply chain know-how, bundled with a high degree of flexibility and customer understanding, pays off," says Stefan Ulrich, CEO of Simon Hegele Gesellschaft für Logistik und Services mbH. “It is important to be able to provide our customers with logistics resources quickly and effectively. Our "Lager-Radar" creates considerable added value and is the first step towards a possible solution"
